The Tarleton Women's Basketball team (13-5, 7-5 LSC) will embark on a two-game road trip next weekend. The Texans will face St. Edward's (11-7, 7-6 LSC) in Austin on Thursday and then head to San Antonio to face St. Mary's (8-9, 7-6 LSC) on Saturday. Both games will count as divisional match-ups. The Texans currently sit in second place in their division with a 3-1 record.

LAST TIME OUT
The Tarleton women's basketball team bounced back with a 22-point win over Texas Woman's on the road Saturday afternoon. The Texans scored 27 points off 21 Pioneer turnovers.
Callie Boyles tallied a career-high of 11 points in the match-up.
Mackenzie Hailey led the team with 20 points and seven rebounds. In addition to Hailey and Boyles,
Marissa Escamilla also tallied double-digits with 12 points and nine rebounds.
INSIDE THE SERIES: ST. EDWARD'S
The Texans and Hilltoppers last met in 2018, where Tarleton defeated St. Edward's in overtime on the road, 93-90. The Hilltoppers lead the all-time series 18-16 and hold the advantage in Austin, 10-9. St. Edward's currently sits behind Tarleton in the Lone Star Conference Divisional standings with a divisional record of 2-1.
INSIDE THE SERIES: ST. MARY'S
The Texans and Rattlers last met in 2018, where Tarleton defeated St. Mary's in Wisdom, 79-69. The Rattlers lead the all-time series 14-7 and hold the advantage in San Antonio, 7-1. St. Mary's currently sits in the top spot of the divisional standings with a record of 3-0. St. Mary's will face Texas Woman's on Thursday before battling Tarleton on Saturday.

• Steals: 225 (5th place); Needs 20 steals to pass Morgan Ashmore for 4th place.
• Blocks: 119 (3rd place); Needs 40 blocks to pass JoAnne Jones for 2nd place.
• Rebounds: 826 (6th place); Needs 38 rebounds to pass Kaelie Butler for 5th place.

Mackenzie Hailey second among Texas women's basketball players (Division II) based on the NBA's formula for player efficiency rating.
Hailey is rated with an 18.53 efficiency mark.
Lucy Benson,
Marissa Escamilla, and
Alexa Hoy also appear in the top-50 of the list, ranked at No. 28, 33, and 46, respectively
MACK'S 30-GAME POINTS STREAK
Mackenzie Hailey has scored 10+ points in 30 straight games. The last time the senior forward did not have 10+ points was on Jan. 31 vs. Angelo State last season.

Kyle Crews for a 30-minute program each week to discuss previous performances, upcoming opponents, and other storylines. Student-Athletes will join the show as well.

The Texans will return home next weekend for two conference match-ups. First, Tarleton will face Midwestern State on Thursday, February 6
th at 5:30 p.m. The Texans will then face Cameron at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Saturday's match-up will be a Max Point Game (500 points) in the Tarleton Sports App and will celebrate Basketball Alumni Weekend.
