AT A GLANCE
The Texans will hit the road to take on the Patriots of Dallas Baptist in a four-game nonconference series starting on Thursday, March 18 at 6:30 p.m. The rest of the games will be played throughout the weekend with one game Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
 
This will be the 38th time the Patriots and Texans will face off in program history.

Fans are permitted at Horner Ballpark and tickets can be purchased here.
 
Social distancing will be enforced, and face coverings are required for individuals over the age of 10.
 
INSIDE THE SERIES: DALLAS BAPTIST
The Texans and Patriots have met 37 time previously beginning on May 7, 1988 and the last meeting occurring on April 22, 2003. DBU leads the series 8-29 and are currently on a 5-game win streak. This is the first time the two teams are meeting as members on Division I.
 
LAST TIME OUT: SACRAMENTO STATE
The Texans played in a four-game series over the weekend against Sacramento State and came out 1-3. The Texans secured a win in game three to pick up the first win for Texan Baseball in the Western Athletic Conference.
 
In game three, the Texans had four home runs and seven Texans recorded a multi-hit game, along with all nine batters recording at least one hit.
 
The bottom of the fourth was a big inning for the Texans as they plated seven more, extending the lead against the Hornets to 15-9.
 
UP NEXT
Tarleton will travel to Fort Worth, Tx to take on the Horned Frogs of TCU. The game at Lupton Stadium is slated to begin at 6:30 p.m.
