STEPHENVILLE – As the calendar page turns to August, football season inches ever closer.
 
And with football comes Texan Alley tailgate season.
 
Season tailgate spaces are now available for sale through the Tarleton Athletics Ticket Office for all six home games at the Lonn Reisman Athletic Center at Memorial Stadium. Spots can be purchased at TarletonSports.com/tickets or by calling (254) 968-1832.
 
Single spaces are on sale for $478. This includes the space, two season general admission passes, and a Texan Club membership. RV spaces are very limited and are on sale for $1,198. RV spaces are only available by calling the ticket office at (254) 968-1832.
 
Tarleton Football has begun preseason practice and will open the season on Thursday, September 1 in Stephenville against Mississippi Valley State at 7 p.m.
