Tarleton to play makeup game against SFA Monday afternoon at Wisdom Gym

ABOUT THE MATCHUP
  • This is the second all-time meeting. SFA won the first one 74-45 in Nacogdoches last year.

  • Nyajah Mitchels – Mitchels just recorded 14 points (6-10 FG), three rebounds and two blocks. She tied her season-high in scoring (Nov. 12 vs. UNT Dallas) and her career-high in blocks (Nov. 20, 2021, vs. Howard Payne). She leads the team at .513 FG%, 12th best in the WAC (min. 40 FGA).
  • Mayra Caicedo – Caicedo just recorded a career-high five steals and a season-high eight assists, adding eight points and four rebounds in 45 minutes. She is now 13th in the WAC in steals per game at 1.8, and is three assists short of reaching 400 for her career.
