STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Beach Volleyball announced on Wednesday that the Texans have added a third transfer from Palm Beach State College, Angelina Linke. She will be part of the roster for the 2026 campaign, which begins Feb. 20 at Houston Christian.
Linke (5-10) joins recent Palm Beach State College transfers Salome Galvez and Isabel Schattauer in Stephenville.
Linke, a freshman, was an outside hitter for the Palm Beach State indoor volleyball team this past fall. She was second on the team in total kills (169) and total points (205), playing in all 26 matches for the Panthers.
Linke is a Berlin native who played 13 years of club beach volleyball in Germany. She took third place at the world school championships, called The Big Challenge, with BBSC. Linke graduated from Schul- und Leistungssportzentrum in Berlin in 2025.
Tarleton State's 2026 campaign begins in just over a month. The Texans will start their third season in program history at Houston Christian Feb. 20 in Houston. They will host three regular season matches in Stephenville, between April 9-10. Tarleton State will clash with Howard Payne on April 9, then host both Mary Hardin-Baylor and East Texas Baptist on April 10.
