STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Baseball's home series against Abilene Christian has been altered due to impending inclement weather. The Texans and Wildcats will now clash in Stephenville on Thursday at 6 p.m., Friday at 3 p.m. and Saturday at 12 p.m.
 
Originally, the Texans and Wildcats had a Friday-Sunday three-game series planned, but thunderstorms in the forecast have changed the schedule.
 
Previously purchased tickets for Friday's game and Saturday's game will still be honored on those respective days. Previously purchased tickets for Sunday's game will now be honored on Thursday. The home conference series, presented by Volleman's Family Farm, is the first WAC series in Stephenville this year, and the second for Tarleton State Baseball overall in 2026. Tarleton State is 21-11 overall and 1-2 in WAC play to start, with ACU 17-16 overall and 1-2 in WAC play.
