Will start for the Texans as a senior in the experience linebacking corps after starting there in 2008... 

2008: Named First Team All-LSC South Division as inside linebacker... Named Second Team All-Super Region Four by Daktronics.... Was tied for the team lead with 66 total tackles, including 28 solo and 38 assisted stops... Had three and a half tackles for a loss of minus-11 yards, including half a sack for minus-five yards... Recorded one ineterception and returned it for 24 yards... Had four pass breakups... Recovered two fumbles and returned them for 36 yards... Had one forced fumble... 

2007: Played in all 11 games as a defensive end… Recorded three tackles for a loss of nine yards and 0.5 sacks for a loss of three yards… Posted 16 solo and 15 assisted tackles… Also had two pass breakups… Returned 10 kickoffs for a total of 123 yards and an average of 12.3 yards per return… 

2006: Played in eight games… Caught three passes for a total of 37 yards… Averaged 12.3 yards per reception and 4.6 yards per game… Also recorded three solo tackles throughout the season… 

High School: Three-time all-district honoree in football… All-district selection for basketball as a junior…

Personal: Graduated from Humble High School in 2006… Major is exercise and sport studies… Parents are LaTonya and Tony Briscoe… Is an only child… Birthdate is October 10, 1988.
