Will start on the defensive line for the Texans for the second straight season... 

2008: Named Honorable Mention All-LSC South Division... Recorded 18 solo and 18 assisted tackles for 36 total stops... Had nine and a half tackles for a loss of minus-57 yards... Had three and a half tackles for minus-27 yards... 

Previous Experience: Transferred to Tarleton from Northwest Community College after spending two years at Auburn (redshirt in 2005).. Played nine games in 2006 totaling three tackles... Signed with Auburn as No. 9 overall player in Luisiana and the No. 22 outside linebacker in the country... 

Personal: Mother is Robin Horton... A 2005 graduate of Marion Abramson High School in New Orleans, La.... Major is criminal justice... Birthdate is September 20, 1986.
