As a sophomore (2009-10)
Transferred to Tarleton from Navarro Junior College… Played in 31 games, averaging 9.4 minutes per game… Shot 70.6 percent from the line, 38.3 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from the three-point line… Scored 13 points at East Central on Jan. 21, 2009… Averaged 3.4 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Played his freshman year at Navarro Junior College... Had 63 points and 42 rebounds for the Bulldogs while recording 14 assists and 13 steals... Averaged 82 percent from the free throw line... Had a season-high 13 points against Midland College, hitting nine of 10 free throws.

HIGH SCHOOL
A four-time letterwinner at Elgin High School... Named newcomer of the year as a freshman... Was first team all-district as a sophomore, junior, and senior... Second team All-Central Texas as a junior and senior... Named first team All-State as a senior... Named TABC all-star as a senior... Led team in scoring each of his last three seasons... Had a career high 50 points in one game as a sophomore... Averaged 21 points per game as a senior.

Graduated from Elgin High School in 2008... Son of Gloria Taylor and Bobby Harrell... Has three siblings, Justin, Bobby, And Jermaine... Major is criminal justice... Wants to graduate and be successful... Team goal is to win a national championship... Asset to the team is his shooting ability... Chose Tarleton because of the community atmosphere and because of the coaches and players... Born February 19, 1990.
