Biography

2011: Played in 10 games for Tarleton... Caught 10 passes for 217 yards... Scored a touchdown against Eastern New Mexico... Had a long of 51 yards... Led the team with a 21.7 yards per catch average... Held kicks for field goals and extra points.

2010: Played in two games before being injured... Caught five passes for 75 yards... Received a medical redshirt.

2009: Was instrumental in a couple of Texan victories in 2009, including catching a key pass in the first round playoff game at Texas A&M-Kingsville... Held the ball for the 64-yard field goal by Garrett Lindholm to send the game into overtime which the Texans eventually won... Forced a fumble on a kickoff with 12 seconds left in the game against Midwestern State and held the ensuing 55-yard field goal that won the game as time expired... Recorded 17 receptions for 255 yards... Averaged 15.0 yards per catch and 19.6 yards per game... Served as the holder for the special teams

2008: Appeared in 10 games... Had one catch for 12 yards.

2007: Redshirted his first year at Tarleton.

High School: Graduated from Pilot Point High School in 2006... Named first team All-District in 2006... Earned All-Academic honors in 2004, 2005, and 2006... Member of Area Championship team in 2006... Lettered three years in football, track, baseball, and basketball... Played for Head Coach Blake Feldt.
