Played in nine games as a linebacker for the Texans… Totaled seven tackles, including five solo stops… Recovered one fumble against Texas A&M-Kingsville on Oct. 11… Will transition to play the Rover position in the defense for his final season.
 
Sophomore (2013):
Transitioned from running back to linebacker for the Texans… Made 13 tackles in his first season as a linebacker on defense and special teams, including seven solo tackles.
 
Redshirt Freshman (2012):
Played in 10 games for the Texans as a running back… Rushed four times for 32 yards.
 
Freshman (2011):
Redshirted as a true freshman.
 
North Garland High School:
Earned first-team all-district honors as a running back in 2010… Lettered three years in football… Named team captain… First-team all-district in soccer and led the team to two playoff appearances… Played for head coach David Farris.
