Junior (2013):
Honorable mention all-LSC… Played in nine games in his first season with the Texans… Recorded 18 tackles, including eight solos… Had 3.5 tackles for a loss, two sacks and a fumble recovery.
 
Kilgore Junior College:
Guided his team to an 8-2 regular season record and a berth in the Brazos Valley Bowl at Kyle Field… Had 35 tackles, three for a loss and two sacks in his second season… All-Conference as a sophomore.
 
Nacogdoches High School:
Two-time first-team all-district selection.
 
Personal:
Is a 2011 graduate of Nacogdoches High School… Son of Anedra and Hugh Perkins… Has two brothers, Joseph and Benjamin… Majoring in Kinesiology… Born Nov. 2, 1992.
