Junior (2014):
Don Hansen All-Super Region Four first-team all-region… First-team all-LSC… LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Started all 10 games at the guard position on the offensive line… Leader of the Tarleton offensive line that helped Tarleton to the No. 3 total offense in the nation with 522.8 total yards per game… Led the Tarleton offense to 58 touchdowns, which is the second-most all-time in a single season for the Texans.
 
Sophomore (2013):
Honorable mention all-LSC… Started all 10 games for Tarleton as an Offensive Guard… Was a part of the Texan offense that accounted for 4,708 yards… As an anchor on the offensive line, Perez and the Texan line allowed the fewest sacks of the QB in the Lone Star Conference (13 for 77 yards in 10 games).
 
Redshirt Freshman (2012):
Second-team all-LSC… Started all 10 games… Anchored an offensive line that helped the team pass for 2,864 yards and rush for 1,761 yards.
