Entering the 2025 season, Gavin Mikeska will begin his second season as the Director of Baseball Operations for Tarleton State Baseball.
Mikeska handles all day-to-day operations for the baseball program including team travel arrangements, scheduling, management of team apparel and inventory, equipment checks, meal planning and more.
Prior to his time as the Director of Baseball Operations, Mikeska worked as a student manager for the Texans his freshman year and fall of sophomore year at Tarleton State.
Mikeska attended Little Elm High School where he lettered in baseball for two years and served as team captain for two years.
In the summer and fall of 2022 and 2023, Mikeska worked for Prep Baseball Report.
In spring of 2024, Mikeska began his first semester as the Director of Baseball Operations.
Mikeska is on course to receive is undergraduate degree in sport management in the summer of 2025.
