Entering the 2026 spring semester, Logyn Rountree begins her first year as a Graduate Assistant in the Tarleton State Athletics Communications Department.
Rountree will serve as the primary contact for Texan Baseball and Texan Volleyball, while also assisting with game day operations for multiple Tarleton State athletic programs.
During the Fall 2025 semester, Rountree worked as a student intern with the Tarleton State Athletics Department on the sports information track. In that role, she created social media content, produced articles for the website, and assisted with live statistics for various Texan athletic programs.
A native of Goldthwaite, Texas, Rountree is graduating with a degree in Sports Communication, plus a minor in Kinesiology, from Tarleton State University in 2026. Upon graduation, she will begin her master’s degree plan at Tarleton State University.
