Junior (2013):
Second-team all-LSC safety… LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Started all 10 games at safety for the Texans as a junior… Had 52 total tackles for the Texans, including 31 solo stops… Had a season-high eight tackles twice during his junior season, both coming on the big stage of AT&T Stadium against Midwestern State and Toyota Stadium against Abilene Christian… His eight tackles at the LSC Football Festival gives him 18 tackles in two career games at AT&T/Cowboys Stadium, which is the most of any Tarleton Texan… Also had a forced fumble, fumble recovery and his first career interception.
 
Sophomore (2012):
Honorable Mention all-LSC… LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Saw action in all 10 games for the Texans… Recorded 52 tackles as a safety, including 28 solo… Recorded five pass breakups and a fumble recovery.
 
Redshirt Freshman (2011):
LSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Appeared in all 11 games for the Texans… Recorded 24 tackles, including 16 solo… Had a fumble recovery and two pass breakups.
 
Freshman (2010):
Redshirted as a true freshman for the Texans.
 
R.L. Turner High School:
Named second-team all-district as a senior after back-to-back honorable mentions as a sophomore and junior… Received multiple Player of the Week honors… Named academic all-state… Lettered in football, track and wrestling… Played football for head coach Tyrone Larkins.

Is a 2010 graduate of R.L. Turner High School in Carrollton… Son of Roshell Boyd and Charles Moore… Has two siblings, Brandon and Tiara… Brother, Brandon, also plays football for Tarleton… Majoring in Kinesiology… Born Sept. 19, 1991.
