Was the 12^th leading tackler on the 2016 team with 33 stops … Played in 11 games … Had 4.5 tackles for a loss, including 3.0 sacks … Also had two pass breakups and two forced fumbles … Had a season high four tackles and 2.5 tackles for a loss against Western New Mexico on Oct. 8.
 
Freshman (2015):
Played in nine games as a true freshman … Made 21 tackles, including five solo stops … Also had 1.5 tackles for a loss with one QB hurry … Ended the season with a season-high five tackles in each of the last two games against Texas A&M-Kingsville and Oklahoma Panhandle.

Played for head coach Marcus Gatos … Honorable mention all-state defensive lineman in 2014 … First-team all-district defensive lineman in 2014 … Totaled 72 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, 20 assisted tackles, 11.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 5 fumble recoveries, 10 quarterback pressures and a safety … Also participated in baseball, wrestling and tennis … Four-year academic all-district.
