Played in six games for the Texans and made 25 tackles … Had a season high eight tackles against Southwest Baptist … Made his first career interceptions and returned it 36 yards against Angelo State … Totaled four pass breakups.
 
Sophomore (2015):
Played in four games at cornerback … Made three tackles, one each against Eastern New Mexico, Oklahoma Panhandle, and Angelo State.

Joined Texas State for the spring semester in 2013.
 
Summer Creek High School:
Played football for coach Brian Ford at Summer Creek … Helped Bulldogs finish with a 9-2 record in 2011 … Had 12 tackle for losses, four quarterback sacks and three forced fumbles as a senior … Was a member of the track and field team … Was a member of the 4x200-meter relay team that qualified for state championships and a regional qualifier in the 100 meters and on the 4x100-meter relay team … Member of the National Honor Society.
