• Led Vols to victory over Northern Illinois in his debut start,  completing 10-of-17 for 156 yards and a score
• Compiled 208 passing yards at Georgia, hitting 13-of-30 attempts for two touchdowns
• Threw a career-high 16 completions against Alabama on 28 attempts, finishing with 137 yards and a score
