Senior (2022):
Academic All-America Second Team by the College Sports Communicators … Academic All-District Team by the College Sports Communicators … One of 51 NCAA Division I players nationwide to earn CSC Academic All-American recognition, and one of just eight defensive linemen … Played in all 11 games (10 starts), recording 34 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, two fumble recoveries, a forced fumble, five quarterback hurries and a pass breakup … Finished with the most fumble recoveries on the team, along with the most quarterback hurries, the tied-most forced fumbles, the second most sacks and the tied-second most tackles for loss … Had a season-best performance vs. Southwest Baptist on Oct. 22, recording season-highs in sacks (two), TFL (3.0) and tackles (seven).
