UAC Second Team All-Conference … Phil Steele FCS 2024 UAC Second Team All-Conference … Started all 14 games … Recorded three forced fumbles (tied-team-high), two interceptions (tied-third), a fumble recovery (tied-third), six pass breakups (third), a sack (tied-fourth), three tackles for loss, and 41 total tackles ... Conference-wise, was one of four players with three or more forced fumbles, and was tied-ninth in interceptions … In Week 5, was named the UAC Defensive Player of the Week after recording a fumble recovery, a forced fumble, a tackle for loss and six total tackles in Tarleton State's 36-33 home win vs. Southeastern Louisiana on Sept. 28 … Against Southeastern Louisiana, his forced and recovered fumble marked a crucial part of the game, key to Tarleton State's 15-point swing from trailing by five to leading by 10 … Had his first interception at Baylor on Aug. 31, and his other vs. Utah Tech on Oct. 12 … Had his three tackles for loss within his first five games, including a sack in the season opener vs. McNeese on Aug. 24 … Had a season-high six tackles twice, most recently in the FCS Playoffs against Drake on Nov. 30.
