Previous College: Started at the sam linebacker position at Texas-El Paso in 2006... Played in 11 games and recorded 25 solo and 33 assisted stops for 58 total tackles... Had five tackles for a loss of minus-14 yards... Had one interception, three pass breakups, two recovered fumbles and a blocked kick... In 2005, recorded eight solo and eight assisted tackles... Had half a sack for minus-one yard... Had one hurry... Redshirted in 2003 as a freshman and did not see action in 2004 as a wide receiver.. 

High School: Named first team all-district at cornerback... Played football for the first time as a sophomore in high school...
