One of three Texans to play in all 32 games ... Started 30 games, the second most on the squad ... Was one of nine players in the nation to record eight steals in a game, against UCF (12/8) ... One of two sophomores in the nation to accomplish the feat ... Grissom HS
Played four years under head coach Jack Doss … Named First Team All-Region in Alabama's 7A Area 7 and Third team Class 7A All-State in his final season … Four-time All-Area selection … During his senior season, Miles averaged 15.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 steals in 28.9 minutes per game and eclipsed the 1,000-point mark across his career … In his junior year, Miles helped Grissom HS go 24-6, including a 13-1 record at home, their most wins in a season since 2015-16 …  Named MVP of Alabama vs. Mississippi All Star game following his senior campaign …

Born Isreal Lamont Miles on Jan. 14, 2005 to parents Darrell Miles and Elizabeth Zaideman … Has three siblings, brothers, Jordan and Darrell Jr. and sister, Kahlia … Graduated in 2023 from Grissom HS in Huntsville, AL … Participated in National Honor Society at Grissom … Dad, Darrell played Defensive Back at California-Berkley, and was a member of the Oakland Raiders and now coaches at Grissom HS … Intends to major in business management at Tarleton.
