Kim Crews, MS, LAT, ATC

When the 2025-26 season begins, Kim Crews will start her fifth season as a full-time athletic trainer. She works with the volleyball and beach volleyball programs. She has also worked with the men's basketball and dance programs in a full-time capacity.
 
Prior to joining the full-time staff, Crews (formerly Kim Moore) spent two years as the graduate assistant athletic trainer for the women’s basketball and cheer programs at Tarleton State. She also taught first aid and CPR classes.
 
Crews came to Tarleton State after graduating from Wingate University with a degree in athletic training. During her time at Wingate, she worked local high school events and served as the athletic training for men’s lacrosse, women’s volleyball, men’s basketball and spring football.
 
She also spent four seasons as a student-athlete, competing as a center midfielder for the women’s soccer team. She was a three-time all-conference selection and once named all-region. She was a four-time member of the dean’s list.
 
Crews is a native of Swansboro, North Carolina, and received a master’s degree in the spring of 2021 in sports management from Tarleton State University.
 
She resides in Stephenville with her husband, Kyle, and daughter, Addison.
