Tarleton State University Athletics

Ray Borchert completed his second season with Tarleton State Athletic Performance as a graduate assistant in 2024-25. Borchert oversees the athletic performance efforts for the men’s basketball and dance programs entering the 2025-26 season. 

He previously oversaw the training efforts for the beach volleyball, cross country, and throwers programs. 

Borchert received his master’s degree in sport administration from Tarleton State and his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Cornell College. He is CSCS, SCCC and USAW certified. 

Ray Borchert and his fiancée, Emily reside in Stephenville.
