Played for Shelbyville Central in Shelbyville, TN... participated in the 06-07 district championship for basketball with a record of 27-4... Also participated in the 07-08 district championship with a record of 28-3... Was named district MVP four times, in the years 07-08, 08-09, 09, and 2010... Was an all-district player all four years... Named the schools all-time leading scorer with a total of 2,300 points... Football special teams player of the year for the 07-08 and 08-09 seasons... During his high school career he recieved four letters in basketball and was captian under coach kevin Thomas... Also recieved three letters for football and was captian under coach James Hardy...
