STEPHENVILLE – Tarleton (13-5, 10-0) continued its winning ways Saturday, pushing its win streak to 11 after knocking off Texas A&M-Commerce for the second time in four days.
The TexAnns swept Rivalry Week in the Lone Star Conference with a 91-61 win over the Lions (1-15, 0-10), who dropped their 12 straight game this season.
This is just the eighth time in school history Tarleton has won 11 straight in a season.

Texas A&M came to play over the first 2:42, matching the TexAnns point-for-point and leading 7-6 at 17:18 mark.
After that, however, it was all Tarleton.
Peyton Adamson drained a pair of free throws to give Tarleton the last lead it would need and start a 12-0 TexAnn run to give Tarleton an 18-7 lead with 14:20 left in the first half.
The Lions cut the lead back to single digits before
Lisa Parker drained back-to-back 3-balls to start a 35-15 run over the rest of the half, which gave Tarleton a commanding 29-point lead at halftime.
In the first half, Peyton led all scorers with 14 points and
Kiara Wright was filling up the stat sheet with nine points, a career-high six assists, and four rebounds.
Tarleton poured it on over the first 10:42 of the second half with a 24-15 run to extend its lead to a game-high 38 points.
Over the rest of the game, Tarleton never led by more that 38 or trailed by less than 28.
Every TexAnn on the active roster saw playing time in the contest, with
Brianna Bledsoe seeing a season-high 22 minutes to lead Tarleton.
Bledsoe scored a season-high 12 off the bench, while Peyton finished with 17 in 19 total minutes.
Shelby Adamson (13) and Wright (11) also finished in double figures.
Tarleton shot 62 percent from the floor compared to Commerce's 46 percent and the TexAnns won the battle of the boards, 32-27.
The TexAnns dominated the paint, outscoring the Lions 46-34, with most of the points coming on layups off 23 Commerce turnovers.
Tarleton is on the road against Wednesday in Lawton, Okla. to face-off with Cameron.
