STEPHENVILLE – The good times continue for the No. 22 Tarleton tennis team as the TexAnns swept the court against Texas-Permian Basin this morning in Stephenville.
Just two days removed from dominating Howard Payne, the TexAnns didn't let up against UTPB.

In the doubles matches to begin the morning, Tarleton's Karla Martinez and
Melanie Barnes swept the Falcons' No. 1 tandem 8-0, while
Alicia Perez and
Makenzie Mitchell won their doubles set 8-3.
Silvia Nieta and
Kayla Deatherage completed the doubles sweep with an 8-1 win.
Perez blanked UTPB's top single 6-0, 6-0 while Martinez was just as tough as the two seed, winning 6-1, 6-0.
Barnes (6-0, 6-2), Mitchell (6-2, 6-0), Nieve (6-0, 6-1) and Deatherage (6-1, 7-6) rounded out the afternoon for the TexAnns.
Tarleton will return to action Feb. 17 in the Oklahoma City Invitational.
