STEPHENVILLE - In Tarleton's first game in two weeks, the No. 22 TexAnns host Ohio's Cedarville Yellow Jackets Tuesday night at 6 p.m. for the final game of the 2013 calendar year.

LAST TIME OUT
After jumping out to a 51-25 lead in the first half against Arlington Baptist, the No. 24 Tarleton TexAnns kept their foot on the gas pedal with a 53-11 second half en route to a 104-36 blowout of the Patriots on Dec. 3.
Kiara Wright led the team with 22 points and 10 rebounds while
Raven McGrath added a career-high 18 points off the bench.
SERIES HISTORY
This is the first ever meeting between Tarleton State and Cedarville.
FINISHING UP THE CALENDAR YEAR
Since Ronnie Hearne took over the program in 2003, the Tarleton TexAnns are 9-1 in their final game of a calendar year with the only loss coming Dec. 30, 2006. The Dec. 17 game to finish the calendar year in 2013 is the earliest finish to the year in Hearne' tenure. Prior to this season, the earliest finish to a year was Dec. 21 of the 2009-10 season.
MCGRATH DELIVERING OFF THE BENCH
Over the last two Tarleton games,
Raven McGrath has, not only been one of Tarleton's top scoring threats, but doing it off the bench. The sophomore guard is averaging 15.5 points per game over the last two contests. McGrath, in addition to
Kiara Wright, is one of two TexAnns with more than 30 points combined over the last two games.
CLOSING IN ON 200 WINS
Ronnie Hearne is closing in on Tarleton history. With his win over Arlington Baptist on Dec. 3, Hearne is now three wins away from 200 in his Tarleton and NCAA career. Since coming to Tarleton in 2003, Hearne has amassed a record of 197-99.
TOPS IN THE NATION
As a team, Tarleton is in the top 50 in the nation in seven statistical categories and in the top 20 in three of them. The TexAnns are fifth in the nation in rebounding margin (13.5), 18th in scoring margin (21.1) and 19th in field goal percentage (.468). The other top 50 categories including 3-point defense, assists, scoring offense and scoring defense.
