SERIES HISTORY
Tarleton and Texas Woman's have met 36 times since 1983, including the meeting in Stephenville earlier this season. The TexAnns have won 26 of the total 36 meetings, 10 of the last 12 and the previous meeting this season. The series began in 1983 with a 106-52 Tarleton win in Stephenville. Texas Woman's won back-to-back games in 1995 and 1998 but have never won more than one game in a row against the TexAnns since Jan. 2, 1998. The TexAnns won this season's game in Stephenville 87-69.

PASSING WILSON ON THE SCORING LIST
With the 11th point of her 15 Saturday night, Kiara Wright passed her current coach, Misty Wilson for sixth place on the school's all-time scoring list. Wright is now the school's second leading scorer in Tarleton's NCAA history, trailing only her former teammate Shelby Adamson (1,544) as the school's all-time NCAA scorer.

BACK-TO-BACK GAMES
This is the third time this season that Tarleton will play on back-to-back days and Tarleton is 5-0 in games on consecutive days. However, it is the first time in school history that Tarleton will play back-to-back regular season conference games.

SCOUTING THE PIONEERS
Since starting Lone Star Conference play 1-3, the Pioneers have found recent success by winning four of their last five conference games. The one loss was a 15-point home loss to West Texas A&M but the wins have come primarily on the road against Eastern New Mexico, Cameron and A&M-Commerce with a home win against Midwestern State. Rebekah Cluley is the only player on the team averaging double figures, scoring 11.8 points per game while Kenesha Saygo and Ria Pateraki are at 9.5 ppg.
