THE GAME
After a week off from game action, Tarleton will return to action Tuesday night in Wisdom Gym when the TexAnns host Arlington Baptist at 5:30 p.m. in the first game of a Tarleton Basketball doubleheader.

THE BROADCAST
The game will have a live radio broadcast presented by the Tarleton Sports Network presented by North Texas Ford Dealers. The Voice of the TexAnns, Keltin Wiens, will serve as the play-by-play this season. The radio broadcast can be heard on KTRL 90.5 FM in Stephenville and surrounding areas or online at TarletonSports.com/ListenLive. The pregame show will begin 15 minutes prior to tip-off.

LAST TIME OUT
Averie Mack averaged one point for every minute she was in the game Tuesday night as the sophomore went for 19 points and 14 rebounds in Tarleton's 67-60 loss at Texas A&M International. The effort was a career high for Mack in both points and rebounds. It was Tarleton's first road game of the season.

THE OPPONENT
Arlington Baptist, a perennial powerhouse in the National Christian College Athletic Association, is off to a 4-1 start to the season. The Patriots are led this season by Jade Johnson, who is averaging over 21.0 points per game and was a first-team All-American and the 2015 NCCAA Player of the Year last season. The Patriots, who have reached the NCCAA Division II National Championship game in each of the past two years, won the National Championship last year with a 109-73 win over Central Christian.

THE SERIES
Tarleton and Arlington Baptist will meet for the third time in school history. The TexAnns hold a 2-0 lead in the series, which began in 2013, after winning a home game against the Patriots in each of the past two seasons.

DROPPIN' DIMES
Morgan Ashmore enters Tuesday's game with 257 career assists, which currently has her at No. 12 on the all-time list. She is 25 assists away from taking over the No. 11 spot from Jenn Doroga (281) and 34 assists shy of jumping into the top 10 by passing Tina Proctor (290).

MOVIN' UP THE ALL-TIME 3's LIST
Raven McGrath and Meagan O'Dell have tied Misty Wilson for 13th all-time in long shots with 77 in their careers. They are four triples away from passing Hall of Famer Kristen Curtis (80) for 12th all-time.

MACK'S CAREER EFFORT
Averie Mack is coming off a career night at Texas A&M International. With a career-high 19 points and 14 rebounds, she became the first TexAnn to record a double-double off the bench since Ikpeaku Iwobi did it as a freshman against Texas College on Jan. 2, 2014 and the first TexAnn to do it off the bench against a NCAA Division II opponent since Kiara Wright's freshman season when the future All-American went for 10 points and 13 rebounds against Abilene Christian on Feb. 23, 2011. Mack also went 11-12 at the free throw line against the Dustdevils, which were also career highs.

TARLETON AFTER A LOSS
Since Misty Wilson took over the program last year, Tarleton is 9-2 in games following a loss - including the season opener this year that followed last year's season finale. In those 11 games following a loss, Tarleton is outscoring its opposition by 13.0 points per game (76.5-63.5).

ASHMORE ON THE LINE
Morgan Ashmore is one of 17 players in the nation to enter Tuesday's game with a 1.000 percentage at the charity stripe. She is 13-13 at the line to begin the season and is one of six players in the country to boast a 1.000 percentage with at least 13 attempts.

UP NEXT FOR TARLETON
Tarleton will return to action Saturday night for the first game of a doubleheader. The TexAnns will host perennial Heartland conference championship contender St. Mary's at 5 p.m. in Wisdom Gym.
