THE OPPONENT: TEXAS A&M-COMMERCEA&M-Commerce comes in with a 13-6 record overall and sixth in the LSC with a 2-4 league record. The Lions are 4-3 on the road this season. However, TAMUC is statistically one of the best teams in the country, ranking in the top 10 in several categories: 3rd in defensive rebounds per game (31.6); 4th in blocks per game (5.8); 4th in total blocks (110); 6th in rebound margin (9.2); and 7th in total rebounds (860).
