Tarleton Athletics will be spread across the state and neighboring states in a week full of road contests. All eight of Tarleton's fall programs will compete away from Stephenville with no home actions for any.

TARLETON STATE FOOTBALL travels to Southeastern Louisiana for a 3 p.m. bout at Strawberry Stadium in Hammond, Louisiana on Saturday afternoon. The Texans are 3-1 on the year and a perfect 1-0 in the United Athletic Conference. The Purple and White defeated Southwest Baptist 27-13 on Saturday in front of a record-breaking crowd of just over 22,000 in Memorial Stadium. Leading the Bearcats, 20-13 in the fourth quarter, Tarleton's Ty Rawls grabbed a pick-six to put the game out of reach. Wide receiver Keylan Johnson and running back Kayvon Britten each added a touchdown of their own.

TEXAN SOCCER will continue WAC play with a lone match at Abilene Christian on Sunday afternoon at 5 p.m. at Elmer Gray Stadium. The Texans opened conference play with a draw against Stephen F. Austin on Thursday before securing its first conference victory of the season against UTRGV on Sunday. Rylee Low fired a free kick in the back of the net to score the lone goal of the contest. Tarleton State will return home for a pair of contests against Utah Valley and Seattle U next week.

TEXAN VOLLEYBALL extended their winning streak to six matches with a reverse sweep of Utah Valley and a sweep of Seattle U this past week. The Texans will travel for a pair of road WAC contests beginning on Thursday. The Purple and White will first travel to Riverside, California to take on California Baptist at 9 p.m. The squad will then travel back east to face-off against Grand Canyon on Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m.

TEXAN MEN'S GOLF opened their second tournament of the fall at Graeme McDowell Invitational opening on Sunday in Oneonta, Alabama. The three-day event will be hosted by UAB at the Limestone Springs Golf Course.

TEXAN WOMEN'S GOLF opens the Bearkat Invitational on Monday. The 54-hole, two-day event will be held by Sam Houston State at Elkins Lake Country Club. In their first tournament of the season, Mathilde Brogens led the team with an even-par, 216 and finished in a tie for 31
st place.

TEXAN CROSS COUNTRY will be back in action at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Last time out, Kevin Baez crossed the line second in the men's 8K race and earned his first WAC Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week award of the season. The men's team finished in fifth and the women's team earned ninth at the 2023 Texas A&M Invitational.

TEXAN WOMEN'S TENNIS will travel to Abilene for the ACU Women's Fall Invite for their second event of the fall on Sunday. The duo of Martha Makantasi and Maretha Burger won the "A-Draw" Doubles Bracket of the UNT Diving Eagles Invite last weekend.

TARLETON SPORTS RADIO SHOW features Texan Volleyball head coach Mary Schindler and Texan Football head coach Todd Whitten weekly through November. The Mary Schindler Show takes place every Monday at the Barry B. Thompson Student Center on Tarleton State's Campus from 12-12:30 p.m. The Todd Whitten Show, presented by Triple Crown Ford, will hosted every Thursday in the lobby of Triple Crown Ford, located at 2975 W. Washington St. in Stephenville from 12-12:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided to those in attendance to all Todd Whitten Shows.
