TEXAN VOLLEYBALL MATCH WEEK: Tarleton State closes out its regular season on the road Saturday, traveling to Cedar City for a matchup against Southern Utah. With postseason positioning on the line, the Texans look to finish strong and carry momentum into the WAC Tournament. Tarleton State's offense has continued to surge behind consistent production from its core attackers, while the defense has stepped up in key moments throughout the stretch run.

Quick points: 

    •    This is the final regular season match for the Texans before heading to the WAC Tournament. 

    •    Madison Frank led the Texans in their last match against Utah Tech with 11 kills 

    •    Madison Rice-Locket picked up a season-high 21.5 points in the 3-2 victory over UVU last Thursday, notching a double-double with 15 kills and 11 digs along with four total blocks and three aces.  

    •    In their first game against Southern Utah, the Texans outscored the Thunderbirds 58-35 in total points.  

    •    LaNeah Lara led the Texans in their first matchup against SUU with 12 kills.  

    •    The Texans also lead their first match up in kills (43-28) aces (6-3), and blocks (9-4) 

    •     LaNeah Lara earned WAC Player of the Week honors on Nov 2 after her career-high performance at UTA with 25 kills. 

    •     Emma Burke also earned WAC Player of the Week honors for the match week of October 19th.  

    •     Morgan Carter is currently second in the WAC for digs with 349 digs.  

    •       LaNeah Lara is currently 8th in the WAC for kills with 215 kills.
