STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Volleyball has introduced the Hardwood Club, a new way for fans to contribute to the program. 

Support for the Hardwood Club provides one of a kind benefits for Texan student-athletes and will focus on international trips, special equipment, and one-time items that can improve the day-to-day quality of life for the team. Fans can make any contribution by visiting the following link. 

"The Texan volleyball program has worked so hard to continue to build on the legacy of excellence. As a member of the Hardwood club, you would be helping these girls achieve goals and dreams on and off of the court," head coach Jazmyne Johnson said. "We have done so much in year one and plan to build on that moment for now and in the future! I have huge goals with this program and being a part of the Hardwood Club gives you a direct hand in all the success there is to come!"

The 2026 squad returns nine letterwinners from the previous season, including a pair of Texans receiving All-Conference recognition. Middle blocker Alyssa Dinh returns to Stephenville for her second season after being tabbed the Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year to go with a spot on the All-Conference Freshman Team. Outside hitter Madison Frank enters her fourth year at Tarleton State with two All-Conference honors, including a spot on the All-Conference Second Team last season. 

Tarleton State will play a pair of exhibition matches before beginning the regular season, starting at Texas State on Saturday. The Texans return to Wisdom Gym for a match with Dallas Baptist on Friday, Aug. 21 at 6 p.m. Admission for the Texans' exhibition match against DBU is free.
