Tarleton State Volleyball reveals 2026 Promo Schedule

STEPHENVILLE, Texas – Tarleton State Volleyball unveiled its 2026 Promo Schedule, with all 12 home games at Wisdom Gym featuring a promotion. 

Both season tickets and single-match tickets are now on sale for the 2026 season. Season tickets are just $40 for general admission, $65 for reserved seats and $130 for courtside and can be purchased here: https://tarletonsports.evenue.net/combo/VB26/VBST

Tarleton State's home slate begins on Friday, Aug. 21 at 6 p.m. for the Texans' annual Block Party. This year, the Texans' Block Party will feature an exhibition game against Dallas Baptist. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 5:30 p.m. and wear neon colors. The Texans will have pyro intros and give away glow related items. 

Opening the Tarleton State Invitational on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. against Sam Houston, the Texans will host its Field Trip Match. Tarleton State will host local school age children, feeding teachers and students. All students will receive Tarleton State stickers and coloring pages. 

Also during the Tarleton State Invitational on Friday, Sept. 11 at 6 p.m. against Denver, the Texans will host Patriot Day in remembrance of 9/11. Fans are encouraged to wear red, white & blue. 

The Texans wrap up the Tarleton State Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 2 p.m. against Texas A&M Corpus Christi with Be a Gamer day. In honor of National Video Game Day, retro video games and arcades will be set up in the concourse of Wisdom Gym. 

Tarleton State returns home on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 6 p.m. against UTA for National Ice Cream Day, where free ice cream from Baskin Robins will be provided. Saturday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. against North Alabama is Hawaiian Day, where free purple leis will be given out to go with the Hawaiian theme. 

Thursday, Oct. 8 at 6 p.m. against Central Arkansas is Totally Texan Night, with the Texans giving away purple bandanas to go with its western theme. Saturday, Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. against ACU is the Texans' annual Pink Out in honor of breast cancer awareness. The Texans will also be giving away pink bandanas and wristbands as part of the promotion. 

Thursday, Oct. 22 against West Georgia is the Volloween, where Wisdom Gym will be turned into a haunted hall to go with Halloween candy. Saturday, Nov. 7 at 1 p.m. against Little Rock is the Texans' Tailgate Match. Attendees who stay for the whole volleyball match will receive exclusive access to a VIP tailgate for the Tarleton State Football game later that day. 

Light Up Wisdom Night is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. against Eastern Kentucky, where the Texans will give out glowsticks and glow necklaces to go with drink specials all game long. The final home game on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 12 p.m. against Austin Peay will be Senior and Alumni Day, honoring the Texans' 2026 senior class and welcoming back all alumni. 

The 2026 squad returns nine letterwinners from the previous season, including a pair of Texans receiving All-Conference recognition. Middle blocker Alyssa Dinh returns to Stephenville for her second season after being tabbed the Western Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year to go with a spot on the All-Conference Freshman Team. Outside hitter Madison Frank enters her fourth year at Tarleton State with two All-Conference honors, including a spot on the All-Conference Second Team last season. 

Tarleton State will play a pair of exhibition matches before beginning the regular season, starting at Texas State on Saturday, Aug. 15. The Texans return to Wisdom Gym for a match with Dallas Baptist on Friday, Aug. 21 at 6 p.m. Admission for the Texans' exhibition match against DBU is free.
