STEPHENVILLE, Texas – The No. 1 sports station in the Dallas-Fort Worth area will broadcast live from Memorial Stadium ahead of Tarleton State Football's season opener.
 
Shan & RJ from 105.3 The Fan will broadcast their Friday show live from the club level at Memorial Stadium on Aug. 28, from 6-10 a.m. 105.3 The Fan is the flagship station for the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.
 
Shan Shariff, RJ Choppy and Bobby Belt will all be on campus, and all fans of Tarleton State Football and 105.3 The Fan are invited to attend the show live at Memorial Stadium. There will be breakfast and drinks available for everyone in attendance, and the first 100 fans will receive a custom "Texans TOLO" T-shirt.

The Texans will open their season on Aug. 29 under the lights, an 8 p.m. kickoff at Memorial Stadium featuring Tarleton State and Prairie View A&M. The winner of the season opener will claim the inaugural Chancellor's Cup, a new Texas A&M System tradition celebrating its member universities, its student traditions and its shared commitment to serving Texas.
