STEPHENVILLE – Tarleton looks to turn around recent troubles Tuesday night when the TexAnns visit Texas A&M-Commerce for the final regular season road game of the 2013 campaign.

LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton is coming off back-to-back road losses in straight sets at Eastern New Mexico and West Texas A&M. Over that stretch, Tarleton committed 50 attacking errors compared to just 18 by the two combined opponents.
SERIES HISTORY
After a thrilling five-set victory in Stephenville earlier this season, Tarleton now has a chance to even the all-time series against the Lions. The TexAnns trail the all-time series 14-15 dating back to 1984. Tarleton has won five straight over Commerce, including the win earlier this season.
BOUNCING BACK FROM SWEEPS
The last time Tarleton was swept for losses in back-to-back games was Oct. 1-2, 2010 when they lost to Truman and Washburn at the Washburn Tournament (it was actually the second and third consecutive loss by sweep). Tarleton responded, however, by ending the run with a sweep of Southwest Baptist and starting a string of seven wins over its next nine games.
MURRAH SHINES ON COURT, IN CLASS
Announced by CoSIDA on Thursday,
Stacie Murrah has been named a CoSIDA Academic All-American First-Team All-District honoree. The senior Interdisciplinary Studies major currently boasts a 3.72 grade point average and leads the team in kills, total attacks and points.
BARKER CLOSING IN ON HARTMAN
The countdown to a new all-time leader for assists in Tarleton history is growing closer. With 63 total assists last weekend,
Danielle Barker is now 58 assists shy of tying Jessie Hartman (3,266) for the school's all-time lead.
