The TexAnns (17-3, 9-2) takes on Texas A&M-Commerce (12-10, 6-5) on Friday at 6 p.m. and Texas Woman's (7-13, 3-8) on Saturday at 2 p.m.

ABOUT THE TEXANNS
Tarleton snapped its 8-game winning streak on Tuesday with a 5-set loss at Texas A&M-Kingsville, but still remains in sole possession of second place in the Lone Star Conference at 9-2. The TexAnns are 3-0 after a loss this season and each time has led to winning streaks of three and eight games. Tarleton is 5-1 on the road this season and hasn't lost two straight road matches since 2014. Statistically,
Hailey Roberts leads the nation in kills per set at 5.52 and total kills with 381 kills.
Jordyn Keamo, the reigning LSC setter of the week, is tied for fourth in the nation in aces with 43 and 13
th in assists per set with 11.39. Defensively,
Adrianna Knutson is third in the LSC in digs per set at 4.61 and has 318 digs on the year.
Hannah McManus ranks fifth in the LSC in blocks per set at 1.03 and has totaled 71 blocks this season.

ABOUT THE LIONS
Texas A&M-Commerce has lost its last two matches and is tied for fifth in the LSC at 6-5. The Lions are 7-1 at home on the year and won its first seven games at home before falling to Arkansas-Fort Smith, 3-2, on October 15. TAMUC's wins and losses come in bunches this season. The Lions have had stretches of five and three straight wins while also losing streaks of three games and two games three times. The Lions are led on offense by Taryn Driver's 226 kills and Rylie Fuentes' 476 assists. Defensively, Ashley Mireles' 440 digs top the team and Sydney Reyes leads the Lions in blocks with 77.

Tarleton leads the all-time series against TAMUC 19-17 and defeated the Lions 3-0 in Stephenville on September 16. Tarleton has won five straight against the Lions and 10 of 12. The TexAnns are 6-6 all time in Commerce and have won two straight on the road.

ABOUT THE PIONEERS
Texas Woman's snapped a four-game losing streak with a five-set win over Cameron on Tuesday and is now 3-8 in the LSC, ranking ninth. Texas Woman's is 5-5 at home on the year but have lost its last two matches in Denton. Sara Oxford leads the Pioneer offense with 251 kills while Mary Kate Hyde controls the offense with 596 assists to lead the team. Defensively, Emma Petolick's 279 digs and Oxford's 66 blocks lead the Pioneers.

Tarleton trails the all-time series with TWU 20-33, but defeated the Pioneers 3-0 in Stephenville back on Sept. 17. The TexAnns have won three straight against the Pioneers and is 6-15 all-time on the road in Denton, but defeated the Pioneers 3-1 last season on the road.
