THE GAME
Tarleton (24-5, 16-4) plays Western New Mexico (16-15, 8-12) on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 2:30 p.m. at Angelo State University.

LSC TOURNAMENT
Angelo State is hosting the 2016 LSC volleyball tournament. Fans can buy a tournament pass for $20 or single day tickets for $10 each. Youth and student tournament passes are on sale for $10 and single day tickets can be purchased for $5. The eight-team, single-elimination tournament consists of four first-round matches on Thursday, followed by two semifinal games on Friday evening and the championship match on Saturday. Teams will compete for the 2016 tournament championship. In addition to claiming the title, the LSC tournament winner will receive the league's automatic berth into the NCAA Division II Volleyball Championship. All games will be streamed live free of charge through the
tournament central page.

ABOUT THE TEXANNS
Tarleton went 24-5 on the season and set a school record for LSC wins in a season with 16. The TexAnns went 16-4 in LSC play to earn the No. 2 seed in the LSC tournament. Tarleton is ranked No. 3 in the South Central regional rankings heading into the conference tournament.
Hailey Roberts finished the regular season leading the nation in kills with 532 and also leads the nation in kills per set with 5.27.
Jordyn Keamo is third in the nation in service aces with 60. Keamo also has a team-high 1,102 assists, marking the seventh time in school history a player has topped 1,000 assists in a season.
Adrianna Knutson leads the team in digs with 462, good for 10
th most in school history in a single season.
Hannah McManus has 103 blocks on the year.

ABOUT THE MUSTANGS
Western New Mexico went 16-15 on the year and finished seventh in the LSC with an 8-12 record. The Mustangs ended the season on a 5-game losing streak, including a 5-set loss to the TexAnns last Friday. Heather Verrill led the Mustangs in kills with 309, while Melanie Hughes had a team high 587 assists. Defensively, Ashley Mataele recorded a team leading 524 digs and Shannon Rich blocked 120 attacks.

SERIES HISTORY
Tarleton and Western New Mexico are meeting for the third time this season, with the TexAnns winning both games (3-0, 3-2). Tarleton has won four straight against the Mustangs and is 4-8 all-time against WNMU.
