Tarleton topped Oklahoma Panhandle State on the road, 45-26, to improve to 5-4 overall and 5-2 in the Lone Star Conference. The Texans are in sole possession of second place in the LSC and trail Midwestern State and Texas A&M-Commerce, who lead the LSC at 6-1. Quarterback Zed Woerner leads the LSC with 23 touchdown passes to go with 2,181 yards and a 61.9 percent completion rate.
