ATTENDING THE MATCH
At this time, capacity is limited to a maximum of 50 percent inside the Wisdom Volleyball Gym, per Governor Abbott's Executive Order No. GA-28. Due to the WAC's COVID-19 policy, the seating areas must be at least 12 feet from playing surface.

There will be no general admission tickets sold for home volleyball games this season. Only Tarleton students, Texan Club passes and Tarleton and visitor team complimentary tickets will be allowed in the Wisdom Volleyball Gym. The Wisdom Gym ticket office will only open on game day for will call and complimentary ticket pickup. The Wisdom Gym will call ticket window will open one hour before the start of each match. Tarleton and TCU are meeting for the first time in program history. It is also, a first time for Tarleton Volleyball to go against a "Power Five" program.

LAST TIME OUT: PRAIRIE VIEW A&M
The Texans cruised to a 3-0 match victory of the Panthers on Wednesday behind 12-kill efforts from
Lauren Kersey and Hali'a Swartman Hogan and a double-double by setter
Kayla Brannon (33 assists, 10 digs). Tarleton never trailed by more than two points throughout the match en route to a sweep in set scores of 25-18, 25-22 and 25-15.
The victory marked the Texans' third consecutive road win and fifth in their last six tries. Four of Tarleton's six victories have now come in straight sets.
Other notable performers included
Amber Strange and
Lorin McNeil, who finished with eight and seven kills, respectively, and libero
Ana Costas, who dug out a match-high 17 balls. McNeil also finished with six block attacks.
Tarleton led the Panthers in nearly every major statistical category. The Texans landed 43 kills to Prairie View's 28Â and concluded the match with a 40-27 edge in assists. The team also combined for 68 digs and nine blocks.
UP NEXT
The Texans will travel to Chicago, IL to take on the Chicago Panthers. The first game will be Monday March 1, 2021 at 6 P.M. then followed by a game Tuesday March 2, 2021 at 1 P.M. Both games will be played at Jacoby Dickens Center.
