STEPHENVILLE - The Tarleton Athletics department and the men's and women's basketball teams welcome all fans to join the two squads at Wisdom Gym for the 2010 South Central Region tournament selections.

The women's show is set to start at 8 p.m. with the men's selection show to follow at 8:30 p.m.  The 2010 Selection Show will be broadcast on the NCAA web site.

If the Texans win on Saturday in the title game of the Lone Star Conference Championship, Tarleton will receive the LSC's automatic bid. A loss would mean the Texans would have to wait for an at-large selection into the tournament. 

Since the TexAnns fell in the LSC semifinals on Saturday afternoon, Tarleton will have to await an at-large bid for the women's tournament.

The sites and pairings for each tournament will be released in the Selection Shows.
