LAWTON, Okla. - The Lone Star Conference series between Tarleton and Cameron this weekend has been cancelled due to the amount of rainfall over southern Oklahoma and the Lawton area.

The series will not be made-up as it was moved twice already.

Without even playing a game this weekend, the Texans moved into sixth-place in the LSC and currently hold the sixth and final spot for the LSC Championships.

The Texans will return to action this Tuesday, April 20, against St. Mary's in San Antonio. First pitch is scheduled for 3 p.m.

Tarleton will then travel to Abilene next weekend to play its final LSC series against conference-leading Abilene Christian. The series will begin on Friday, April 23, at Crutcher Scott Field on the ACU campus. First pitch of game one on Friday is at 4 p.m.
