STEPHENVILLE - The Tarleton athletic department will debut freshman Jordan McCrory as the new Texan Rider at tonight's football game against Abilene Christian.

McCrory is a freshman majoring in biomedical science for physical therapy at the Stephenville campus.  A native of North Richland Hills, she is a 2011 graduate of Richland Hills High School.

"The Texan Rider is what school spirit is based around," said McCrory.  "It is what Tarleton tradition and family is all about."

Expect to see Jordan and her horse around tailgating, Texan alley and most sporting events.
