STEPHENVILLE – Tarleton State volleyball is gearing up for round two of its Lone Star Conference schedule as the stretch run to the postseason officially begins Friday night with a visit to Wichita Falls.
The TexAnns will turn around and head north of the Texas border for a Saturday afternoon contest at Cameron.

CHANGE IN FRIDAY'S GAME TIME
Friday's game against Midwestern State has undergone a time change from the original schedule. The contest was originally slated for 7 p.m. but has been changed to 5:30 p.m.
LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton visited Austin and took St. Edward's to four sets, ultimately defeating the Hilltoppers after winning the first, third and fourth sets. Tarleton had three players lead the offensive charge as

Jazmine Green (17) and
Katie Covell (15) each had double-figure kills.
SERIES HISTORIES
This is the second meeting for Tarleton against Midwestern State and Cameron this season. With the TexAnns sweep of MSU in September, Tarleton evened the all-time series against the Mustangs at 25-25 dating back to 1978. The TexAnns have won six straight against the Mustangs, including four straight sweeps. Cameron, meanwhile, leads the all-time series 25-11. Tarleton, however, has won eight straight meetings dating back to 2008 including a four-set win in Wisdom Gym last month.
TARLETON BY THE SET AGAINST MSU, CU
Against Midwestern State, Tarleton is 8-14 in sweeps, 3-1 in best-of-three matches, 8-5 in four set games and 6-5 when the match goes the full five. Against Cameron, Tarleton is 6-17 in sweeps, 1-5 in four-setters and 4-3 in five-set matches.
KLEIN'S MILESTONE NIGHT
With 27 digs against St. Edward's Tuesday night,
Emily Klein passed Sharon Lister for second place on the Tarleton all-time digs list with 1,474 in her career. Lister, a Tarleton standout from 1996-99, had 1,463 in her career, Klein currently trails only her former teammate, Shea McBrearty, for the all-time lead. McBrearty has 1,847 in her career from 2007-10.
MURRAH EYES MILESTONE MARK
With six more kills,
Stacie Murrah will become the seventh TexAnn in school history with 1,000 career kills. She currently trails Kathy Buckler (1,012) for the sixth-place mark in school history.
BARKER INCHES TOWARD HARTMAN
Danielle Barker continues her quest to be the school's all-time assist leader. With a 47-assist effort Tuesday night, Barker now has 2,954 career assists. She is 46 away from becoming the second TexAnn in history with 3,000 in a career – joining Hartman, who owns the all-time record with 3,266.
