STEPHENVILLE – The TexAnns return home Saturday to host No. 17 Angelo State and wrap up the 2013 regular season on senior day in Wisdom Gym.

LAST TIME OUT
Tarleton won its first set since Nov. 2 but ultimately fell in four sets at The Fieldhouse to Texas A&M-Commerce Tuesday night. The TexAnns saw their current losing skid move to three games. Tarleton has had just one four-game losing streak since the start of the 2010 season.
SENIOR SPOTLIGHT
Tarleton volleyball will recognize its four seniors prior to the start of Saturday's contest. The TexAnns have a two-year senior,
Jazmine Green, and a trio of four-year athletes –
Stacie Murrah,
Danielle Barker and
Emily Klein.
GOING FOR THE TOP SPOT
Danielle Barker's season-long pursuit of the all-time school record in assists could come to fruition on senior day. The four-year senior from Amarillo will pass Jessie Hartman for the school's all-time lead in assists with 21 on Saturday. Barker enters the weekend with 3,246 in her career while Hartman's record stands at 3,266. They are the only TexAnns in school history with over 3,000 career assists.
SETTING SINGLE SEASON RECORDS
Tarleton's
Danielle Barker and
Emily Klein have been moving up the single-season record list in assists and digs, respectively. Barker enters Saturday with 1,120 assists this season, which is the fourth most in a season. She trails Brooke McDowell's 1999 mark of 1,131; Didi Ebert's 1998 mark of 1,136; and Christina Ortiz's school-best season of 1,333 in 2005. Meanwhile, the top five seasons of digs now belongs to former teammates. Klein owns the No. 1 and No. 2 seasons with 599 last year and 556 this season, passing Shea McBrearty who owns No. 3-5 with 514, 513 and 489 in 2009, 2010 and 2008, respectively.
WHAT'S AT STAKE
The TexAnns have already clinched a berth in the Lone Star Conference Championship Tournament at West Texas A&M next week. Angelo State is still playing for the No. 2 seed while Tarleton is battling to finish the season as the No. 5 seed in the tournament.
UP NEXT FOR TARLETON
Following Saturday's regular season finale, the TexAnns will advance to the postseason tournament at The Box in Canyon where the season continues with every win. The tournament is set to begin on Nov. 21.
