LAST TIME OUT
The TexAnns are coming off back-to-back conference sweeps last weekend over Midwestern State and Cameron. This marks the third straight sweep for the TexAnns which marks just the fourth time in Mary Schindler's coaching tenure the TexAnns have won at least three straight by sweeps.

TARLETON vs ST. EDWARD'S
Tuesday is the 20th all-time meeting between the TexAnns and Hilltoppers and Tarleton trails the all-time meeting 6-13, dating back to the inaugural meeting in 1992. The Hilltoppers jumped out to an early lead in the series by winning 12 of the first 14 meetings, but since a four-set win by Tarleton in 2009, the TexAnns have won four of the last five.

BLOCK PARTY
Kenya Alexander and Jasmyne Brown are leading the way for Tarleton State's surge to being one of the nation's top-blocking teams. Alexander is currently second in the nation in blocks per set and first in the nation in total blocks with 125 in 85 sets. Meanwhile, Brown is coming off one her best-blocking weeks of the season in which she led the team with 16 blocks over the last three games. As a team, Tarleton is second in the nation in blocks per set and tied for third in the nation in total team blocks.

TARLETON'S WINNING WAYS
The TexAnns enter Tuesday's match with a record of 17-5, which gives them a winning percentage of .773 for the 37th-best winning percentage in the country. Tarleton's 17 wins gives head coach Mary Schindler her fifth 17-win season in her 10-year tenure. Schindler has now had as many 17-win seasons as Tarleton had winning seasons from 1986-2004.

TEXANNS ON TUESDAYS
This is Tarleton's final Tuesday game of the season. This season, Tarleton State is 4-1 on Tuesday night with two of those Tuesday wins coming over Heartland Conference teams.

UP NEXT FOR TARLETON
The TexAnns will hit the road Friday night for their only game of the weekend when they visit Texas A&M-Kingsville.
