Tarleton Volleyball (19-9, 11-5 LSC) is back on the road for its' final two regular season games. First, the Texans will travel to San Angelo to play #14 Angelo State. Then, Tarleton will head to Lubbock on Saturday to battle Lubbock Christian.

LAST TIME OUT
The seniors of Tarleton Volleyball closed out their careers in Wisdom Gym in style with a four-set win (25-16, 28-30, 25-10, 25-20) over Texas Woman's to run their winning streak to a season-long seven matches.
 
Tatyana Tuialii-Umi led all players with 21 kills, four service aces and also added seven digs.
 
THE OPPONENT: ANGELO STATE
The Texans and Rams last met in 2018, where Tarleton swept Angelo on the road. The Ram's lead the all-time series 35-19 and hold the advantage in San Angelo, 20-6. The Texans have won the last four meetings. Angelo State enters the match 23-2 on the season with a 15-1 mark in conference play. They are currently ranked 14th in the AVCA poll. The Texans are 3-3 against ranked opponents this season.
 
THE OPPONENT: LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN
The Texans and Chaps last met in 2017, where Tarleton swept Lubbock Christian at a neutral site game. The Chaps' lead the all-time series 18-12 and hold the advantage in Lubbock, 8-2. Lubbock Christian enters the match 14-11 on the season with a 8-8 mark in conference play.
 
NATIONAL SPOTLIGHT
Tarleton Volleyball received votes in this week's American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) poll. The Texans are one of three LSC teams in the poll, joining Angelo State (14) and Texas A&M-Commerce (RV).
 
TEXANS MOVE UP TWO SPOTS TO NO. 7 IN NCAA REGIONAL RANKINGS
Tarleton Volleyball, the reigning regional champions, jumped two spots up to seventh in the latest NCAA Division II South Central Regional rankings. The top eight teams in the regional rankings at the end of conference tournament championship weekend will advance to the NCAA Division II tournament. The South Central region is comprised of the Lone Star Conference and the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
 
UP NEXT FOR TARLETON
The Texans will then turn their attention to the Lone Star Conference Tournament Nov. 21-Nov. 23. Seeding for the tournament will be announced after the final regular season games.
