- This marks the 69th all-time meeting, with Tarleton holding a 35-33 advantage. In the last three meetings since 2020, ACU is 3-0. Before the stretch, Tarleton won nine straight from 2009-13.
- ACU advanced to the WAC Basketball Tournament championship game last year, losing to NMSU.
